No, only if you try to go back to 0.5 space before your aggression timer runs out. I have been told to stay away from stations/stargates while you have an agression timer as the gate guns will shoot you. However, I don't know if that is correct ...

Here is an idea. Have a friend in a nice fitted ship drop a jetcan near you while you mine. when a can flipper comes, he will flip the can he thinks is yours, thus flagging him to your well fitted friend who can then wreck his bottom.
